Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of gamekiro.com (the "Service"), operated by Cosmic Store LLC ("GameKiro", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use GameKiro. If you are between 13 and the age of legal majority where you live, you should have a parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

2. Your account

  • You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account.
  • You must provide an accurate email address so we can reach you about your account.
  • One account per person. Don't create accounts to impersonate someone else or to evade a suspension.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the posts, reviews, messages, avatars, and other content you submit to GameKiro ("your content"). By posting it, you grant GameKiro a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute your content solely to operate and promote the Service.

You confirm that you own, or have the necessary rights and permissions to post, everything you upload — including any images. Don't upload content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights. We will remove infringing content we're made aware of and may suspend repeat infringers.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
  • Post illegal content, or content that infringes someone else's intellectual property.
  • Spam, scrape the Service without permission, or attempt to bypass rate limits or security controls (including login-attempt protections).
  • Impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
  • Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the Service's security.

We use moderation tools (including user reporting and content review) to enforce these rules, and may remove content, warn, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate them.

5. Intellectual property

The GameKiro name, logo, and site design belong to Cosmic Store LLC. Game titles, cover art, and trademarks referenced on GameKiro belong to their respective publishers and rights holders; GameKiro is a community platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those publishers unless explicitly stated.

6. No paid features (for now)

GameKiro is currently free to use, and we do not sell any paid features, subscriptions, or products. If that changes in the future, we will update these Terms and publish a separate refund policy before introducing any paid features.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cosmic Store LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using GameKiro, or ask us to delete your account, at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Governing law

[Cosmic Store LLC to confirm: state/country of registration] will govern these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above.
